On top of doing your client work you'll be in charge of client acquisition, setting business goals, and running financial projections. 

Setting loving boundaries with yourself and your clients allows you to get all of this done!

It can be daunting but exciting stepping into a new challenge like being the boss of a one wo/man operation, let me walk you through all of the do's and don'ts of being the boss, managing clients, and most importantly managing yourself.

Days 1-3 cover the critical pieces you need to create a solid foundation, but on day 4 we discuss the 3 main pillars of building a business that will last. Every business needs processes and tools to support marketing, finance, and operations of your business.
